About HSLnFlow
HSLnFlow is a Ghana-based business development, sourcing, and supply company. We act as an outsourced commercial team for micro, small, and medium enterprises, helping them win larger contracts and fulfil bigger orders than they could handle on their own.
The nature of our business
HSLnFlow operates in two connected areas:
- Business development — sourcing opportunities and tenders, opening partnerships, and supporting our clients through negotiation and closing.
- Sourcing and supply facilitation — connecting our clients with wholesale suppliers, import and export partners, and distribution channels, and coordinating the supply of quality goods needed to deliver on the contracts they win.
In practice this means HSLnFlow is engaged in the general trading of goods — principally clothing and automobile parts, and the buying and selling of other goods to order — alongside wholesale and retail supply, import, export, distribution, and related professional services. We do not manufacture goods. We buy, sell, and supply them, and we facilitate their movement between suppliers, our clients, and end buyers.
The services we offer
Business development
1. Opportunity and tender sourcing
We identify tenders, contracts, and buyers that match what a client already does well, and help prepare them to bid.
2. Partnership and distributor facilitation
We open conversations with partners, distributors, and larger firms and bring the client in at the right stage.
3. Negotiation and closing support
We support commercial terms, pricing, and contracting through to a signed agreement.
Sourcing and supply
4. Wholesale and retail supply of goods
We supply quality goods to client businesses in the wholesale or retail quantities their operations and contracts require, sourced from vetted wholesale, import, and local suppliers, and invoiced to the client.
5. Import and export facilitation
We source goods from suppliers abroad, or place client goods into export markets, and handle the sourcing, quoting, and coordination around the shipment.
6. Distribution and delivery coordination
We coordinate the movement of goods from supplier to client, or from client to end buyer, working with logistics and transport partners.
Any of these can be taken on their own or combined into a monthly retainer.
The goods we trade
HSLnFlow is engaged in the general trading of goods — buying and selling and supplying client businesses in wholesale or retail quantities, sourced from vetted wholesale, import, and local suppliers. Our main lines are:
- Clothing and apparel
- Automobile parts and accessories
- General goods bought and sold to order, where a client needs another category of goods for a contract or their operations
The specific goods, quantities, and price on any order are set out in the quote and invoice for that order.
How we operate
- A discovery call and a written scope of work.
- We map opportunities, partners, and suppliers and share a shortlist.
- We run outreach, meetings, and negotiations alongside the client.
- On supply engagements, we obtain quotes, confirm the order, arrange payment and delivery, and hand over to the client.
- On retainers, this continues month to month.
Engagements are delivered remotely from Ghana, with in-person meetings and site visits where a deal requires it. We currently serve businesses in Ghana and the wider West Africa region.
Who we serve
Micro, small, and medium businesses in fashion and manufacturing, transport and logistics, consultancy and professional services, and hospitality.
Fees and how payments work
HSLnFlow charges for its services through one or more of the following, always agreed in writing before work begins:
- Consultation fee for a paid working session. The first introductory call is free.
- Monthly retainer for ongoing business development and supply support.
- Facilitation or success fee on deals we help close, as a fixed amount or an agreed percentage.
- Supply invoices for the cost of goods sourced on a client's behalf, plus an agreed handling margin.
Payments are made in Ghana Cedis (GHS) by card or bank transfer, against an invoice issued by HSLnFlow. Refunds and cancellations are covered in our Terms of Service.
