1. Who we are

HSLnFlow is a business development, sourcing, and supply business operating in Ghana, and is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact: info@hslnflow.com.

2. Information we collect

  • You give us: your name, business name and industry, email address, phone number, and the details of the opportunity you describe when you use our contact form, email us, or message us on WhatsApp.
  • During an engagement: information about your business, contacts, suppliers, and deals that is needed to do the work.
  • Payments: when you pay an invoice, your card and bank details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment provider. HSLnFlow does not see or store full card numbers. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and limited transaction reference details.
  • Automatically: our website is a static site and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. Our host may keep standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security and reliability.

3. How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
  • To deliver services you engage us for, including introductions, negotiations, and sourcing.
  • To issue invoices and take payment.
  • To keep records required for accounting, tax, and dispute handling.
  • To send service-related messages. We do not send marketing email without your consent.

4. Sharing

We share personal information only with: our payment provider, to process payments; suppliers, partners, or buyers where an introduction or order requires it and with your knowledge; and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal information.

5. Storage and retention

Information is stored in our email and business tools and with our payment processor. We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months if no engagement follows, and engagement and financial records for 6 years or as required by Ghanaian law, then delete or anonymise it.

6. Security

We use reputable providers, access controls, and encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Your rights

Subject to Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop certain uses. Email info@hslnflow.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
